OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES
SPG Consulting gathers the project team members and then directs them through the building project on the Client’s behalf. Navigating the building process from entitlement to a move-in ready building can be challenging if you do not know what to do or how to do it. Partnering with SPG Consulting takes the navigating pressure off your shoulders as I step in and guide you through the process and assemble the project team required. I treat each building project as if it is my own, applying critical thought to each process. Using my proven leadership and management skills, I focus on building a strong project team, through thoughtful communication, relationship building, and a results-driven perspective to meet the Client's needs.
COST MANAGEMENT SERVICES
SPG Consulting has years of experience in building and managing project budgets. Whether you need weekly budget updates or sophisticated monthly reports with forecast tables, and financial graphs to share with investors I can provide it. Allow me to manage your project budget, so your finance team is not impacted.
FURNITURE AND MOVE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
SPG Consulting is prepared to help guide and facilitate your company's move or sourcing of new furniture for your space. As the Client's move representative, I will provide the management and oversight for these critical work functions, so you do not need to. Allow SPG Consulting to help hire and manage these aspects of your new buildout or stand-alone move. Seamless company moves must be well planned and executed to ensure no time is lost due to furniture or desks not set up correctly.

I bring over 10 years of construction experience and more than 15 years of military leadership to champion the building process, so my Client's building goals become a reality.
